This is very funny to see and it’s quite rare. Sometimes a skeleton will ride a spider. This phenomenon is known as a skeletal rider or spider jockey. So far I’ve only seen it happen twice and I’ve put in my share of days worth of Minecraft gameplay.

After a fire accident at the top of my lighthouse I’ve decided to make the repairs and use glow stone instead. We are standing on the steps with our back to the Temple of the Sun.
From a low angle in the early morning light we can see the completed Temple of the Sun. Mostly because it’s built in a desert biome but maybe also because it’s the friggen Temple of the Sun, rain doesn’t fall on it!
