Hourglass Hill with Mine Cart Tracks Wrapped Around

This mountain is a completely natural occurrence in the world I was playing. It’s shaped like an hourglass and if I had to name this geographic feature, it would be something with the word “hourglass” in it.
The tracks come from the distance through a tunnel in the small hill and wraps around the hourglass shaped hill to a higher elevation where it then continues on. After zooming past over our heads the mine cart tracks end up at the cliff-side structures.
