Odd flat stone surface terrain

Another quirk coming out of Minecraft’s random terrain generator. This piece of land has the surface exposed to stone, and instead of it being mountainous as we are used to seeing it is very nearly flat with patches of dirt for trees to grow. While walking around you’ll also find plenty of coal and iron veins exposed. I don’t know if it’s a bug or just another really cool feature, but I like it.
