Enderman moving blocks, screwing up trees

One of the new mobs you will encounter in the leak prerelease version of Minecraft 1.8 are the Endermen. They will move blocks around as seen in the screenshots above and ruin an otherwise perfectly fine landscape. They will only attack you if you move your cursor over them (look at them) and when they attack they are quite relentless. Fortunately they will burn up during the day.
